Parents Feedback

 Dear Parents,

We always value feedback and are always looking at ways to further improve our work to enable your children to be feel happy, safe and enable to make all the progress they can.

Thank you to all the parents who returned the questionnaire in July 2017.

100% parents agree or strongly agree that their children is happy, safe and well looked after in school. This is very important to us and something we work very hard to ensure.

100% of parents agree or strongly agree that their child is making progress and is well taught at our school. 95% of parents agree that their child receives appropriate homework. We are very pleased this is the case. We work hard to ensure that every child is given the tools they need to succeed.

96% of parents agree or strongly agree that pupils are well behaved in our school. We have a clear and simple approach to school rules and try to ensure that any poor behaviour is dealt with quickly and in an appropriate way.

64% of parents agree or strongly agree that the school deals effectively with bullying. No parents disagreed but 36% of parents replied that they didn’t know. We will work hard this year to ensure that more parents know and understand our anti-bullying policy.

98% of parents agree or strongly agree that the school is well led and managed. Mrs Byrne, Mrs Boardman and the members of the senior leadership team are very pleased that parents believe this is the case. We work very hard to ensure the smooth running of the school and we are always striving to improve.

The full findings from the questionnaire, can be found in the document below.
