Dear Children, Parents and Visitors,

Welcome to the website of St Margaret Mary's Catholic Infant School.

We pride ourselves on being a family community, where each person is cherished as being God's unique creation. We recognise that each person is created in the image and likeness of God.

We work hard to ensure that each person in our school family is given all that they need to thrive and become confident, kind and loving people.

As it says in the Gospel of John,

'I have come that they might have life and live it to the full.' (John 10:10)

Kindest regards,

Mrs Lisa Maddocks

Acting Head Teacher

World's Biggest Coffee Morning20Sep2024

8:50 am - 10:30 am @ St Margaret Mary's Infant School - Pilch Lane - Held in: School canteen

We would like to invite you to get together with friends, family, teachers and school staff on Friday 20th September, any time between 8.50 – 10.30am and help us raise money for people living with cancer as part of Macmillan Cancer Support’s World’s Biggest Coffee Morning. This annual event is a warm welcome into school for new parents who can enjoy a cuppa and cake with their friends, family, class teachers and parishioners. This event also supports one of our Live Simply Actions were the children will learn about the Macmillan charity and how they can help people who are ill. A group of children from Year 2 will join and entertain us by singing some beautiful songs they have been working on with Mr Townley from the Liverpool Archdiocese Singing Programme. All we ask is that you come along, enjoy a cuppa and cake and make a donation. Every donation made will give someone who’s been hit by the news they have cancer the support they need. All of the children will take part in this event and will be offered a drink and a cake at snack time in class for a small donation of 50p.
