Loving, learning, growing together with Jesus
Can you believe that this is our last week of term? When school first closed we did not think that you would have to work from home for the rest of your time in Year One. We are all so proud of the hard work that you have done during this time and so very grateful for the lovely emails that your parents have sent to us. We are all really looking forward to seeing you again in September when you return to your old class for the morning.
There is no new learning to do this week as you have all worked so hard. We have all recorded a video of our favourite story from our English lessons. Which is your favourite story? Can you tell which teacher is reading?
Have a great summer everyone and stay safe. Make sure you keep counting and reading so you're ready for the start of Year 2.
Lots of love from everyone in your Year One family. XXX

Good morning, everyone!
In school the children are completing the last page in their Animal Groups mini book. This week is all about invertebrates. Do you know what an invertebrate is? Watch this video to find out about this animal group and how to identify if animal belongs to it.
This is our last piece of work for us to finish. We hope you had fun making your own non-fiction book.
As of 3pm on Friday, the teachers will no longer have access to their school emails so if you would like to send any final messages before Summer, please send them before this time.
Well done for working so hard at home, everyone. We are very proud of you and we can't wait to see you soon. Have a lovely Summer, stay safe and have fun!
